Album Notes
Officially released 31.01.2011. This is the first installment of The Shanklin Freak Show's two-year marathon of EP releases. Starting with 'Welcome To The Show', the band are to release one EP every three months for two years!

Taking their now established 'circus-disco-rock-stomp' sound from 2008's 'The Light Fantastic' and adding a vintage 1930's vaudeville-esque / steampunk approach (not to mention a more grandiose and operatic edge) the band have carved out their very own bizarre, niche musical genre of 'Circus-Rock'

Standing at an impressive 9 tracks weighing in at 36 minutes in total running time, this EP delivers everything you'd expect from a Shanklin Freak Show record; a weird blend of musical genres tightly packed into a theatrical explosion of catchy hooks and strangeness! Sold yet?!
