ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Veteran rockers/proto-punk sonwiter duo Shock-N-Awful have a focused political agenda expressed through their music.

This music is designed to be the soundtrack of domestic regime change. Lyrics skewer the motives and disingeinous utterances of the current administration. Social and political observations are set in a musical context of garage/proto-punk guitar noise. Unpretentious vocals reflect honest emotion and display regional accents and roots of our working class Applachain heritage.

Songs are short, focused, straight forward and honest.

Cincinnati Slim

Great lyrics, tough hard in-your-face sound !
Geez, these guys sound like they mean business. Pretty angry stuff here, Singer woofs, growls and scolds with real conviction while angry guitars crunch and whirr like broken glass in a blender!
This is real in-yer-face stuff for fans of classic punk like Stooges, MC5, Early Clash Dolls etc.
