ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
". . . The world is alive and left for us to find...," a fitting lyric that is at the heart of "Slights" beginnings. Four individuals come together, distinct from one another in terms of beliefs and background, yet parallel in their search for something worthwhile. This is a band with character, a band with a strong commitment to each other and the message they convey.

Listening to a "Slight" album is like reading a collection of short stories. Each song helps you to forget about the world around you. They draw you into someone else's life, only for you to realize the tales mirror your own. The messages are universal. The presentation is emotional and dynamic, yet catchy and familiar.

In a very short period of time "Slight" has released an EP (Just A Taste) and a full length album (A Perfect Life). They have built a grassroots following in the Bay Area and have even managed to attract the interest of the industry. In 2003, the band will continue to tour, and looks forward to writing and recording its next album.

Why haven't YOU bought it yet
Sound like Our Lady Peace I put in thats all. However thats unfair because this band dont need any comparisons with any other artist. The singer sounds great and the band can play. The songs are well written with good lyrics. This CD is a monster. In short why havent YOU bought it yet.

Awesome CD
I really like this CD. I liked the songs and the lyrics mean something. I am looking forward to their next CD. And hopefully, they will tour PA soon, so we don't have to head to CA.
