Sounds of Australia in 3D is an extremely well produced beauty; if you have trouble winding down and relaxing I think that this album is the key to finding that place.

When I start to hear the rain drops around me, the room suddenly seems cooler. The air suddenly seems cleaner. I can close my eyes and feel a clean greenness surround me. I feel refreshed and somehow linked to this place I have never been solely because I hear the sounds of it, in fact, I feel them! I can see, in my mind, the big green leaves, wet with rain. I can see the birds ruffling their feathers and preening. I can feel the wet, rich soil under my feet. I feel grounded and centered and alive!
