ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
With Founding Members Jay(drums) and Maxx (guitar) (formely of Element) recruiting bassist Geoff (formerly of Coitus and Stu Crew) in early 2005, they auditioned vocalists to no avail, until finding Brendan (formely of Stikman and Handicapped Superhero). With the line-up finally complete, it has been show after show terrorizing the music scene with their hardcore style and on-stage antics. At the end of 05' they released their first demo and crushed any doubts of technical abilities and talent to the masses. From the intense, driving beats and pure rage of 'Angel' to the melodic intricacy of 'Demure', SORDID's music has a way of connecting to its fans on a personal level. SORDID kept its concert schedule light preparing for the release of their debut album, "Demure". With the highly anticipated release of their first album in May, 2008, SORDID has redefined the Hardcore Music Scene with a unique style that leaves a crowd begging for more.
