Album Notes
New York's Stereo Assassin devastates the Electronic music genre with his unique brand of industrial Drum & Bass/Breakcore music. A sense of extreme urgency permeates the 3 tracks contained in this Ep. Stereo Assassin's "It Is What It Is" includes an ominous feel, beautifully ugly textures and a healthy infusion of Metal attitude. If compared to Stereo Assassin's last release "Ghetto Metal", one might be pushed towards the idea that this Ep has slightly less bite, anger & grit but make no mistake... "It Is What It Is" is 100% balls to the wall heavy! If there was a cage match between noted & respected artists of the Drum & bass genre such as: Gridlok, Ewun, Evol Intent, The Upeats, Counterstrike & Stereo Assassin, there would be little doubt that Stereo Assassin would be the last man standing. "It Is What It Is" is a fantastically wonderful follow up to "Ghetto Metal" and a contender to any DnB track so all hail Stereo Assassin & his new weapon of choice: "It Is What It Is"!!!
