ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Due to crippling damage to my spine, I spent many years severely incapacitated and suffering unbearable pain as a constant; so much so that it was very much touch and go for a very long time whether I would survive and only have thanks to the help given freely over a period of many years by bodywork therapists working on me in conjunction with one another. Living with death imminent, facing your mortality for real, gives you an appreciation of being alive like nothing else can... Also when merely existing and not caught up with living, there's a lot of time for deep thinking. I gained insights I'll be writing about in my intended book simply entitled: 'LIFE'.
Appreciating that to make a difference in the world for the greater good (to benefit the greatest number) it is not enough to merely appeal to those of like-minded sensibilities, for if that was all that was required John Lennon would have made manifest a different world than we now live in, but rather, it is necessary to address the core reasons for the being of those that make for all experiences most undesired, to say the least... this my aforementioned book aims to do. In the meantime however, I wished to express my believed need for and consideration of this ultimate outcome in a song and out came 'Freedom.' It is sincerely well meant, soulful and extremely passionate.

This is my song that many enliken me
