Tao Jones

by Suburb Supreme

A fusion of acid-jazz, breakbeat, and mouthwatering electronica with just a hint of southern fried rock-n-roll. For best results, close the blinds, play it loud and find the groove.

ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Tao Jones is Suburb Supreme's debut album.

The inspiration for this collection of songs was simply the search for a new popular sound and the sheer joy of foraging for something fresh, genuine and groovy. Something we would buy if we heard it.

Play it loud. Take a listen. We hope you like.

mookie

at once playful and lounge
Cool mix of chill vibes, attention-grabbing hooks and varied and colorful instrumentation, (don't let the drum machine intros fool you). Standouts include "Five," "January 31," and "Planespotting." Great music for the lounge or a late night in your secret laboratory!

Hard to place but I like it!
A lot! Electronica meets Blues? Breakbeat meets southern rock? There are some interesting licks on the CD. Maybe too interesting but worth a try. Check it aht!

Just awesome. Do exactly what the description says. Turn this up and listen to all of the samples. If you don't buy it I would be surprised. Blew me away!
