Sulinha Boucher Brazilian guitarrist and singer has been performing in the United States since 1995. Her project "Sulinha for kids" started after a few years performing for area libraries, preschools and elementary schools around MA. This CD has many multicultural elements and includes some original and some traditional songs." By adding rhythms from my native Brazil and languages from other contries I tried to make my interpretations different, educational and artistic. This old man is done as a Samba. The days of the week around the world is done with a Reggae beat and is sung in German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and finally English. Color Blue is in Blues form and teaches colors. Itsy Bitsy Spider is a Bossa Nova. Good Night is a soft original Ballad sung in English and Portuguese.This CD is full of talent musicians who play in styles not usually heard in children's music.
