About the Instructor: This Gentle Yoga and Relaxation Program brought to you by highly experienced Yoga Instructor, Susie Rosenfeld, who has been teaching Yoga since 1971. Susie is a founding member of the Yoga Association of Greater Detroit and she has studied many types of Yoga from Masters of the practice. Susie has taught Yoga internationally in such venues as community colleges, senior citizen centers, camps and schools, mental health facilities, business and corporate offices, as well as individually-tailored private instruction based on special needs. She has also volunteer taught Yoga in various workshops for breast and other cancer survivors.
About the Program: The first 46 minutes of the Program is a Gentle Yoga Practice. Susie will instruct you in gentle yoga poses to bring you to a state of mindfulness, spirituality, flexibility, strength, endurance and coordination. The last 20 minutes of the Program is a Guided Relaxation practice which Susie provides with quiet, soothing music. This will allow you to completely relax and enjoy the moment of being still and mindful. Enjoy this lovely break from the pace of your everyday life and stay - "In the Moment".
