Swami Veda Bharati was born into a Sanskrit speaking family in India in 1933 and has been traveling the world and teaching meditation and philosophy for the past 60 years. He is the author of numerous books and has recorded thousands of hours of lectures and courses. He met his master Sri Swami Rama of the Himalayas in 1969 and was initiated by him into the highest path of dhyana-yoga.
