This is the first of the 'Tabata Songs' Series, created specifically for Tabata Interval Training. Tabata intervals consist of a 4 minute set of: 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest (8 intervals). Rather than keep your eye on a stop watch, follow these songs as they change intensity between work and rest. This series offers each song with or without a coach, counting out when to Go and when to Break.
Each of these songs begin with 10 seconds of prep time before launching into the workout.
1. All-Out Sprint for 20 Seconds, walk for 10 seconds
2. Max reps of body squats for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds
3. Max reps of pushups for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds
4. Max pushups 20, max bodysquats 20, max pullups 20, max dips 20. 10 second rest between each. Repeat.
