ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Talentino's music and stage show have been moving crowds and drawing in audiences from all over the map. He has a multimedia approach to his music, writing and composing his own songs as well as directing his music videos to put his signature style on all his work. He has built a reputation for entertaining crowds with his infectious energy and is one of the most charismatic, talented, and loved performers in New York City. In addition to his tours through venues around America, you may have seen him in the recent 3 Kings Day Parade in NYC along side Dominican super star Omega. He was also featured on Royal Carribbean cruises, in Pennsylvania’s Musikfest, in the NY Puerto Rican Day Parade and the Dominican Day parade from 2008-2010, The Puerto Rican Day Festival, The Dominican Festival, as well as in the 2010 Latin American Festival in Inglewood, CA dedicated to raising funds for Guatemala’s hurricane victims. Talentino hails from the Dominican Republic, and grew up in Bronx, New York. At the age of 17, Talentino was discovered by a talent scout who recognized his enormous potential and introduced him into the acting, modeling and entertainment industry. Talentino returned to his homeland, DR, in late 2008 to promote his debut album titled “The Talent Show”, followed up by his single release Ring Ding Ding, which aired on KTU. He was well received and invited to perform at the Olympic Stadium, as well as on the “Venya Carolina Show”. The following year, he participated in the Peru Relief Fundraising concert and hosted the 2009 Miss Latina Ottawa pageant in Ottawa, Canada. Talentino has appeared on numerous television programs such as on Jimmy Kimmel Live, on Telemundo’s morning show, an Aids awareness campaign with Mary J. Blidge on MTV and on The Chapel Show on Comedy Central, as well as on major radio stations all over the country. Talentino has also hosted a TV show on “El Circuito TV”, and now hosts his own radio show named after his CD “The Talent Show’ on Urban Latino Radio, where he has interviewed many celebrities such as the cast of Jersey Shore, Bad Girls Club, Michael Jackson’s father Joe Jackson, Jennifer Lopez and Mark Anthony, Gloria Estefan, Wising & Yandela, Aventura and many more. Between all his numerous projects, Talentino fits in time for modeling. He has appeared in ads for many famous brands including Sean John, Ed Hardy, Academics and many others. Talentino has also made forays into acting. He has had roles in such films as “Ghetto Dawgs II”, “Scrolls the Book of Life I & II” and “Brooklyn Nights”. Most recently Talentino starred in the independent film, “Buena Gente”. He was approached by Bad Boy records to appear in Lil Kim’s music video “Jump Off”, and was also asked by Rocafella records to appear in Jay-Z’s music video “Excuse me Miss”. He can also be seen in Fabulous’ video for “Superwoman”. Music has always been a passion for Talentino, but it wasn’t until he began promoting for The Copacabana that he realized his true calling. While watching a performance, he studied the crowd and noticed their reaction to the artist and at that moment, he knew that he could move the crowd like no other. Talentino is now currently playing in rotation in the major radio stations in the Dominican Republic and will be touring around the world very soon.
