ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Tatiana Parra & Andrés Beeuwsaert - Aqui

Result of a collaboration between artists with established careers in two Latin American countries, the CD "Aqui" (Here) got the 2010 FUNARTE Award for Music Recording Support. The 13-track album is made of own compositions and works by Latin American songwriters of various genres and eras, in which the dialogue between the beautiful voice of Brazilian singer Tatiana Parra and Argentine piano of Andrés Beeuwsaert enchants for the dissolution of boundaries between classical and popular.

Taking advantage of different languages, the duo demonstrates that does not need words to capture any sensitive listener: voice and piano are just enough.
