ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Telepath, represented by Thievery Corporation's "Outernational Music", is the creation of producer and multi-instrumentalist Michael Christie. Using his background as a drummer and keyboardist in various electronic and Afrobeat bands, Michael informs his music with an organic, human element that is often lacking in modern electronic music. The new album 'Fire One' mixes the influences of dub, dancehall, Indian and Arabic music, gritty funk, and more into an album of downtempo magic equally at home in a dark, smoky living room, or bangin' in a late-night club.

yes and yes
I think about this cd all the time while I'm at work. Can't wait to get outta work so I can jam some Telepath. It's a good CD to crank up loud with the windows down. People will say.. that guy listens to good music.. I should have sex with him even though he's ugly and looks like my dad, or if you're a girl then the guys will like you even if youre fat, hairy and have teeth like a walrus. Only music like Telepath can guarantee results like that. I Saw them live in Virginia Beach..Good show. They even played a Fela Kuti song. Wonderful!!

I listen to this quite frequently, never do I get borred of it. Telepath - Michael Christie done a very good job. I love their music and added their following album Contact. I am told that Michael Christie has an album out, but this one I can't get it, at least for now, but if someone could tell me, please do let me know!

I got my tickets, and not to mention you know who else they are playing with...The Macpodz/ Mr. Breakdown/ Keeping Riley & Montague Terrace! Sooo stoked, any of you live in NYC?
