ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Smooth Jazz is an expression of the heart. It is music which transports the listener to a favorite place or memory. Beginning his early career as bass guitarist for various secular and gospel recording artists, Terry Tuck never lost his love of Jazz. His experiences in contemporary Christian, gospel, R&B and jazz are all uniquely interwoven into his distinctive sound. After many years as musical director in the Christian church, Terry continued to hear the voice of recently departed friend "Wayman Tisdale," telling him "Take a chance, you can do this!" Gathering strength from his welcomed advice, Terry decided to live the dream. This first offering as a Christian Smooth Jazz artist is a reflection of all the hope which lies ahead.

Along with "Wayman Tisdale," Terry also has an appreciation for bass artists such as "Stanley Clark, Marcus Miller, Esperanza Spalding, Victor Wooten, Al Turner, Dwayne "Smitty" Smith and Terrance Palmer just to name a few." The single "Undiscovered," is from the follow up CD by this new indie artist to be released May 2012, and from the looks of it he won't remain "Undiscovered" much longer. If you are a lover of Smooth Jazz then welcome to the "Undiscovered," journey of a lifetime.

Grammy bound!
Great song!! I love jazz and this is one that I have added to my collection. The artist has a special flare playing the bass guitar. I look forward to his next release, I know it will be excellent.

Here's What the Sound of Smooth Sounds Like!
It is apparent that this artist has successfully unlocked the code to appeal to the senses! This bumpin' groove is musically stimulating from cover to cover. He has united a cast in this tune of great tones, a catchy melody, and a finger snapping - foot tapping rhythm that attracts the mind to listen to Undiscovered over and over again! Wow!

Smooth and relaxing
I've never been a fan of jazz... but if more of it sounded like this I would listen to it more often. Even though it's currently winter this song reminds me of the summer time riding around in a convertible while the sun shines so bright on your sunglasses. Fantastic job!!! I'm a fan for life.
