After years of playing and co-writing with other great bands, bassist Tim Kerrigan decided it was time to create an original record that captured the many moods and styles he'd been enjoying for many years. Tim partnered with friend / guitarist / engineer Leo McClusky and created a 13 song album that starts with a funky jam then journeys through some blues, rock, improv, metal, acoustic and more. The album closes with a track that was spontaneously created in one take during a Northeast blizzard.
Tim and Leo know that great music is made when players feel comfortable and are able express themselves freely. That said, the performances captured on this recording are often improvised and always heartfelt. The instrumentation is quite varied and subject to whatever the particular player felt would best convey their ideas. In short, this album is about feeling good and playing music with friends- a celebration of life.
In addition to Tim and Leo, this album features: Brian Tichy, Jim Weider, Elliott Randall, John Morgan Kimock, James Supra, Ken Milesky, Camille Armstrong, Dana Gaynor, Craig Thatcher, Frank Hanyak, Wally Ingram, Andrew Pereira, John Hummel, Paul Badalamenti, Robert Rosenberger and Bob Sedlock Jr.
