ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Death Jazz, the third full length release by The Dr. Orphyus Project, travels even further down the road of metal/jazz fusion than the two previous efforts. By combining the grind bursts of Opaque Imagery with the epic mood of An Introvert, Death Jazz takes the controlled chaos up a notch. Latin, swing, metal, grind, and even polka passages weave seamlessly throughout the recording. Death Jazz is the perfect album for listeners who want a metal album that is definitely out of the ordinary.
