Album Notes
In and out of bands for ten or fifteen years has brought me to this place in time with more creative ability then I could've imagined. With me, myself, and I at the helm of this ship made of swiss cheese, we could never have known what the next song on the album would sound like. I can say that my every intention was to push the boundary's of what I thought could make a nice flowing and catchy tune but, all of that said, several of the songs on this album are anything but complex and are simple representations of an experience I might of had or my view of someone else s' experience. Unsigned, unchecked, and unbalanced, I'm excited to see what the world thinks of my creations.

If soul music had a sense of humor
This is one of those rare gems of an album that comes from an artist who admits to wanting to challenge the way they craft their songs. Is it rock? hip-hop? Soul? or just a snide musical party at the expense of our societies obvious short-comings? I am left at the end not caring what genre to log it under. Having stored a decade plus of pent up influences, Kurt Loving, operating under the alias, The Pleaser scraps together a group of songs that sound polished, well-intention ed, and most importantly honest. Kurt has managed to do what even the great "Cornell-aband" could not do, take a bitter 90's after-taste and wash it away with 10 enjoyable tunes that come off fresh & so clean. Please and thank you.
