All three drummers played on the final track, "Be a Prayer." The album was recorded over one year, one song a month, by Scott Ross at Elliott Bay Recording Co. (Seattle, WA).

Mary Beth Kite, vocals; Matt Kite, guitar, keyboards, lyrics; Greg Strickland, bass, cello; Brenda Hazen, backing vocals; Dan Hazen, drums; Roger Johnson, drums; Dave Warburton, drums. Guest musicians: Gibson Kite, backing vocals; Soul Theory, backing vocals; Maryanne Regnier Ryan, hand claps.
