ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
If you think comedic music can't be catchy, you are not familiar with The Widgets. They have built themselves on crossing the genre boundaries and creating hook laden tunes. They tend to toe the line between clever and crude, between sweet and completely inappropriate. With an equal opportunity attitude toward joke creation, mixed with lead singer Cholbediah's self deprecating humor, the Widgets offend in the nicest possible way, fully admitting to make fun of themselves as well as everyone else. But the kicker is that amidst the dirty songs, nuggets of social commentary rear their head, showing that the pool beneath The Widgets is quite deep. Buckle up and prepare to take the ride, you will be glad that you did.
