ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
If U2 and Mazzy Star had a love child, it might sound something like Thousand Days. This Boston-based alternative rock band\'s latest self-titled CD is a compilation of songs by world-class producers Neil Mclellan, Paul Kimble, and Anthony Resta. They have had previous EPs spun on over 50 college radio stations and Boston\'s great WBCN, and played throughout New England. The band has been written up or showcased in Performer Magazine, CNN.com, the Boston Globe, Voice of America Nova Sciencenow, and Science Magazine, the latter due to lead singer Pardis Sabeti\'s second life as an M.D. Ph.D., Harvard Professor studying genomics and infectious disease. Sabeti\'s day job does not stop the band, with Bob Katsiaficas on guitar and Matt Hayden, giving up a pure alternative rock sonic experience in their latest CD.

Thousand Days
Love it! Zia is my favorite but I don\'t dislike any of the songs.
