ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Tiger Pilots are an indie four-piece from Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Their material is reminiscent of post-punk bands from the early ’80’s but they still very much sound like Tiger Pilots: A combination of groovy, bass-heavy, danceable tunes with dark vocals, and stunning sound-scapy slower songs.

They started playing live in 2010. They played a few venues and festivals throughout the Netherlands (including being the support act for The Boxer Rebellion on the Dutch leg of their tour) and all to a great response.

They also opened for Paul Banks in Amsterdam's Melkweg, of which Dutch indie rock blog said "Their music was tight and played with excellence. This created beautiful layers of sound, blasting through the Melkweg [...] upon which the singer's truly amazing vocals floated through the air."
