Album Notes
A drinkin’ band with a rock-n-roll problem, The Most Beautiful Losers began in the Spring of 2002 and have had their muddy boots full on the throttle ever since. A brawling, hard drinkin’ power trio that is dead set on kicking your ass one minute and making you hum their songs the next, the Losers quickly began to make a name for themselves based on their awesome live shows. Influenced by old time country music, punk and southern rock ( and just about any other hard drinking artist), the Losers found themselves playing for the “common folk”. If you have ever found yourself spending all of your money at the bar and crying in your beer about a lost love or that good job you just lost at the factory after failing your piss test, then The Most Beautiful Losers are definitely for you. Underdogs through and through, they know where you’re coming from man, because they’ve been there too.
The band’s April 2006 self-released debut album, “Playin’ With Hearts” is a focused and fun collection of songs with strong songwriting and catchy music that will ring in your head for a long time to come. The band has already begun writing a follow up album and will continue to tour and expand it’s audience through relentless performing to an increasing number of towns and enthusiastic crowds.

“The Most Beautiful Losers wear their hearts on their sleeves and obviously adore The Replacements and Lynard
Skynard ... they don’t cry in their beer, they spit in it!”- - Tom Dawson, Columbus Other Paper

“Excellent music that makes me feel that there is still hope out there for songs written right, a little whiskey left, and dreams broken down. I would love to join this band.”- - Brendan Casey, DJ at WQKE College Radio New York

“I got this killer cd… it’s BAR ROCK with slow personal lyrics interspersed but it doesn’t detract from the quick style and southern picking. Give them a “shot”!” - - Dave Royce, Hold Your Dog Breath Online zine

A good CD from a great band
This is a good starter album for TMBL. The songwriting is pretty good and there are a few cuts that are real gems. The live show is what makes this band who they are, but the album is able to capture the feel of each track. My personal favorite is Dynamo Jim... in my opinion it is worth the price of the cd for that one song.

This CD Rawks
The best track by far has to be Noah Judd. Chris really shows off his lyrical abilities and paints a great picture on this song. It's deep, dark, eerie and sounds fantastic. This CD just touches on how well these three guys have come together. Their sound is big for a three piece and they are tight both on the album and live. Get this'll love it.

The Best Band You've Never Heard!
This cd is a truly wonderful debut! The Losers are THE quintessential American band. They love to drink and party and throw down the rock but most of all they write really GREAT songs. I love this cd and highly recommend it!

This CD is the ultimate!!!
I have been waiting for this CD for what seems like years. It was definitely worth the wait. If you are looking for some hardcore drinking rock this is the CD for you.
