Wellness can mean many things to many people. For me, it's a combination of all things that make up personal well being. Feed your body with natural foods. Fill your mind with pleasant, powerful thoughts. Feed your soul with honest and meaningful beliefs. Fill your senses with delectable aromas, sweet sounds, and warm touches. Make your body move every day. If you don't live in a forest, visit one. Walk in fields. Even in the city, surround yourself with green plants. Drink simply. Water can clear your mind, cleanse your palette, and fill your other senses. Live near it. Make it a part of your life.
I believe in the power of music. It can thrill and inspire. It can also help you go to a very peaceful place. When I was asked to create a musical environment for just such a place at SUNY Upstate Medical Center I jumped at the chance. The Wellness Suite is the result of peaceful, mindful sessions in the studio, a quiet place where I find solace every day of my life.
Share this music with friends who need it. When you listen, let it be a part of your environment.
Live in Peace.
