ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
“Infinite Horizons” is an amalgamation of poetry, collage and music that brings diverse influences together in a unified whole. The music features haunting guitars, hand percussion and transcendent string sections. The collaboration is an artistic reflection of the poems which tell a story of the healing, redemptive and expansive power of love.
The songs celebrate the interconnectedness of personal relationships and the world around them. The three songs reflect the passage of time and change that love can bring. “Tumbling” seed” is a song that talks about the search for love and a place where one is beginning to explore the possibilities it might bring. The transition to “Our Life,” celebrates that union and offers a glimpse into the beginning of understanding the relationship with all that is around us. “Infinite Horizons” explores the possibilities available once such an understanding starts to take shape.

A soothing and healing experience.
"Infinite Horizons" is a journey that takes the listener through mellow, yet reflective material and sounds. From the beautiful and inspirational words of the poetry that become infused with the intreging guitars, drums and strings, I was instantly drawn into an experience. The album works as a triptic piece, with a beginning, a middle and then a future that is "infinite." This concept also provided the ground on which I travelled while listening to the thoughtful songs. I was carried gently from one song into the next, as the entire album flowed so nicely as almost one continuous piece.

The stories behind the music provided me with a reflection of life, love and the human experience of connection. I plan to listen to this album in moments of needing that sense of calm space and self-reflection. By the final song, I found myself almost in a meditative state. The sounds of "Infinite Horizons" are relaxing, soothing and I highly recommend this album for anyone who enjoys traveling through their own journey of love and self-discovery.
