ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
The eighth release from Austin based Americana artist Tom Gillam.
Recorded in a secluded house on the Delaware River in North East Maryland, Gillam, along with producer Matt Muir and co producer/friend and singer songwriter Ben Arnold have concocted a tuneful "ear pleasing" batch of songs that equally show off Tom Gillam's more thoughtful side as well his penchant to just flat out "Rock".
From the slinky drum beats & slide guitar that grace the opener "Right Here, Right Now", the low key mournful ballad reading of acoustic "Come the Morning", to the aching title track" Good For You", all the way to the full on bombast of "Goodbye Goodtime", "Put Me in The Ground" & "One More Time" it's apparent that Gillam & company not only covered all bases but had a great time doing it!
Long time fans of Tom Gillam will be pleased at his return to his more "rocking" roots and fans of his previous release "Rustic Beauty" will enjoy some of the more subtle touches that adorn this LP . A perfect addition to an already fantastic catalog of work!!
