Album Notes
My career started at age 5, when I sat down at the family piano and learned to play "You Are My Sunshine", just by listening to songs on the radio. At age 9, my father was convinced that music would play an important part in my life, and enlisted me to take private music lessons from a well known music professor in our area. I took lessons for 4 years, then at age 14 I was asked to join a well known dance band here in northeastern Pennsylvania. I worked with Monroe Hock and the Rainbow Rambler for 10 years, then I quit and formed a band of my own, Tommy Rynick and the Crazy Kats. We made quite a name for ourselves and were playing all the major venues of our area, including some well known amusement and country music parks. We then started booking through a well known booking agent, and began touring most of the northeastern United States and into Canada. Then in the early morning hours one morning I was involved in a head on collision that could have ended my career, but instead it just made a few adjustments to my life style. I will be writing more about my career in the near future, but God showed me he had other plans for me that day when I had that accident. I am hoping to finish an album of my favorite country gospel songs in the near future. Thank You for reading my nonsense, and I hope to see a lot more of you in the future.
