ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes

Tonefarmer is a dreamy, jangling four-piece rock band from Cincinnati, Ohio. Founded by Sleep Theatre singer, songwriter and guitarist Rob Hamrick and bassist/ vocalist Chris Mundy (Nathan Holscher ), the band has been singing songs, breaking strings and making records since the year 2000. They have received local awards, radio play (including Nic Harcourt's L.A. program) and recorded in London, England. Their new album Helium 3 will be released in September, 2012. Recorded with John Curley of the Afghan Whigs, Helium 3 is their first record to feature guitar player and singer Kevin Welch (the Underwoods) and celebrated drummer Todd Drake (Magnolia Mountain, Ruby Vileos).
