Album Notes
These songs were recorded by Tony Ham and his band Tortilla Factory at the Sugarhill studios in Houston Texas owned by Huey Meaux one of Texas\' most famous producers. Huey Meaux was very busy working with Freddy Fender, B.J. Thomas Sunny Ozuna and many artists but he also wanted to record the Tortilla Factory and it turned out to be a great time for everybody in 1978. Musicians on the session were Tony \"Toke\" Gutierrez/Piano.....Jody Orona/Bass.........Joe Jr. Arias/Guitar/Our doctor of Music....and Willie Mendoza/drums.
Tony Ham arranged all the tracks on this album as well as recorded all the tracks on the trumpet by himself. These are songs that were composed by Tony Ham\'s favorite Ranchero composer \"Jose Alfredo Jimenez\". He also did a Spanish version of \"The Lady wants to know\" composed by Michael Franks.
