Album Notes
o Hello! Glad to meet you, my name's Travis and this is what I'm all about. I grew up in a farming countryside just 30 miles south of Fresno CA, a little town named Dinuba. Pretty much kept to myself, sang in the choir at school, was considered what some call a band nerd; i've always loved music.

My songs, i think are an unassuming throwback to the folk days of the sixties and seventies, with some edgy new sounds tossed in; mellow storytelling ranging from the styles of Counting Crows and Simon & Garfunkel to Bob Dylan and Kings of Convenience. My band, called Your Local Saltwater Merchants, plays an interesting blend between sharp flavor and smooth fluidity. Everything interesting in life has some type of tension to it. - Travis

Love it! Own it, and just bought one as a gift. Relaxed tunes don't hide the musical talent, and poetic lyrics keep you thinking. When's the next one come out??

Dear Travis, We saw you in Visalia but first on Great Day. You have the most beautful voice as well as lyrics. I wish I had the money to promote you. Today I logged on to listen. Your voice was way too soft not strong as in person. Strong was better. Be just yourself and your guitar. Anyway after I saw you on TV I wrote a song...can't sing or play guitar but somehow you inspired me to wrtie lyrics and the tune. Crazy huh. Keep playing but do not distort or soften your beautiful voice.
