Album Notes
Traysee combines pop, rock and musical theatre influences on her five-song EP, "Lift Off". Her track "Keep Shinin'" was remixed and received a 2014 Song of The Year Competition "Honorable Mention" in the Adult Contemporary Category. The 2014 Song of The Year Competition was judged by Gwen Stefani, Lenny Kravitz, Phil Collins, Alicia Keys and Stephen Tyler. When "Lift Off" was originally released in 2002, the album was submitted for Jewel's Soul City Café Music Quest, (first prize - tour with Jewel) and Traysee was selected as a Regional Semi-Finalist. The album has received a 2002-2003 ASCAP Plus Award and Traysee has appeared twice on KJLA-TV in Los Angeles performing "Girl In The Moon". She also shared the stage with legendary Australian rock band "Air Supply" at the Valley Cultural Center's "Concerts in the Park" series in 2003 in Woodland Hills, California. Reviewing Traysee's album, Music Connection Magazine wrote, "Traysee explores a galaxy of sonic delights on her newest EP, Lift Off. It's an upbeat excursion as Traysee explores the trajectory between life and love." Creative Line Magazine had this to say about the album: "From the highly energetic, yet wildly playful "Allen Sisters' Art Salon" all the way to the soothing flow of "Rhythm of Your Laughter", the canvas of Traysee's new Lift Off is sketched with bright melodies and painted with fascinating lyrics."

Traysee currently resides in Las Vegas and plays with her band "HighRise" at resort lounges on the Las Vegas Strip.

Unique words and music was great for listening.
I liked the way the cd was put together. I'm not an expert but I realize it flows well and the lyrics are not what you hear everyday.

David Rhodes

The bass player is awesome!!!
Whatever else can be said about this gig, the bass-player, Lisa, is superlative. She proves extremely skilled, producing golden notes with enchanting verve. Such artistry comes across as overwhelmingly hypnotic. Truly, this is a totally rare treasure.

Very creative hook and vocals. Great song!
Innovative music, lyrics and vocals-so hard to come by in these days-but I wasn't diassapointed with Lift-off. Keep giving us more of the great ones.

Excellent sound with singer, lyrics, instruments, and good moving rhythms.
I love the sound and rhythms of each song, and each one left me wanting to hear the song in its entirety, as well as the rest of the CD. I'd buy it and encourage others to do the same.
