Album Notes
I don't have any say about what comes out of me; I write what I'm inspired to write... I wake up every morning and thank God for how incredibly blessed I am, how rich my life is, how beautiful the Earth is, how supportive and loving my friends are, and I ask that I can be allowed to share that joy and love with others...

My folks divorced when I was little, and things were rough for a while, but there was always music. I got pregnant young and, again, things were rough for a while, and for a while, I lost my sense of music... I was searching, searching, searching for my reason for living. My children are beautiful and amazing, but being a mother is only part of my calling and I felt the emptiness of being out of touch with myself. Thankfully, I remembered to FOLLOW MY BLISS! and remembered, rediscovered, the things that make me feel alive! Thankfully, the music came back with the force of a lake busting through a dam. Thankfully, I've come to understand that it's all in me, all the potential for joy and pain and fulfillment and darkness and love and light and peace. Thankfully, I've learned that the joy is in the journey and I choose which way I'm going.

I'm so grateful for the Grace that taught me these lessons and I want so much to inspire others to look within and find their power, to find their Divinity and create their destiny. It gives me so much joy to help people remember to feel, to want, to dream, to LIVE, to LOVE.

What a so delightful surprise
Trina, what a SO GREAT, STRONG and SWEET voice.. everything at the same time... wow... Definetely... I´ve spreading the word among my friends about your voice here in Brazil.
The fact is that I´ve been listening to songs from all over the world... and it´s been a quite long time I haven´t been in touch with a so beautiful art like this. Definetely, congrats!!

Beauty inside and out!!
Why this artist is not winning Grammys I have no of the purest voices mixed with a soul from heaven leaves us with a musical experience not to be forgotten. A voice like Baez with poetry that rivals Emily Saliers. This is a true talent from above. BUY THIS CD!!!

A gift for the soul...thank you!
My favorites are Gently Like Water, Prayer, Back to your Birth, and the reason I bought this CD - Stand Up/This Land is Your Land. Each one tugs a different heartstring and Stand Up plays constantly in my head. Thank you! Keep it up!
