ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
During their memorable visit to the Philippines, the world renowned Trio Los Panchos was enthralled by the sentiment and beauty of the islands and the people. As honored guests of Villar Records, the Trio Los Panchos was invited to record this album to blend their warm rhythmic vocal harmonies with original Philippine music compositions.

The result are simply magical. The Trio Los Panchos’ expressive vocal styling together with their spirited guitars and requintos truly captivate the Spanish influence of Philippine music.
The selection of music on this album were written by some of the most celebrated and accomplished Philippine composers. Some of these songs are taught in school as folk songs.
We hope you enjoy listening to this album as much as we’ve enjoyed bringing it back to life.
The Trio Los Panchos are truly a legendary group and we are honored to be part of this production.

Excelente

Mil gracias.
