Album Notes
"This album draws on the rich and centuries old tradition of Sufi poetry and music from the Indian subcontinent. Pakistani musician, composer and poet Ustad Ghulam Farid Nizami is descended from from the famous 16th generation court musician Mian Tan Sen Ji, and was trained in the reknown Senia Gharana tradition. Many of these compositions are traditionally used to bring healing to the body, mind and spirit. It is Ustad Nizami's wish that they will help bring peace to your soul and to the world."
