Vexine hails from Richmond VA and plays rocking rhythm and blues. Featuring the soaring vocals, hard guitars and a thundering rhythm section, the band released their self-titled studio album in early 2013. "Live From Nashville" was recorded at The Rutledge during a performance on May 30, 2013 and is released as-is. The band wanted the recording to preserve the vitality of their performance, with no overdubs or edits to the material in post production. The result is a powerful performance complete with buzzing amplifiers and the occasional exclamation from members of the audience. It is a faithful representation of the band's live show, turning heads everywhere.
