15 year old, Victoria Celestine was born in San Antonio and came into this world singing about her observations at age 2 and 3years old in the Texas Hill Country and in France. Her early education included piano, and around age 12, she discovered her enjoyment of performance singing, at a musical theatre summer camp (Performing Arts of San Antonio). At 13, she picked up the guitar and had her first few lessons with Bobby Flores, at his Bulverde Academy of Music, and began writing songs that following summer (2010). Producer, Gordon Raphael, (Regina Spektor, the Strokes) caught her singing at G.I.G. on the Strip at the end of 2010, and invited her in to his recording studio, where they recorded her first 7 songs acoustically. By that next April (2011),she had completed the recording of her debut album, From the Outside, at Pedernales studios. She has recorded 3 songs in LA with Jeff Blue and is currently recording in San Antonio with Juanito Castillo.
