Album Notes
Electro shock therapy for "American Metal" is the candy-coated way to describe Viscosity. The blistering rhythms and gut-wrenching vocals will make your ears spew for more. The world has seen the power of Swedish Metal for some years now and it's time America has stepped up to the challenge. The intensity is like breaking off a cold slab of blood dripping agression and smacking you in the face. Currently searching for the right label to sign to, these guys are taking the underground metal scene full throttle. American metal is evolving into a fierce rage of un-bounded greatness and bands like Viscosity are breaking the boundaries.

Shredding through clubs and venues around the Chicagoland area is where you'll find them. With ever-growing talent and popularity, they're engraving their own mark in tomorrow's metal. Their recent release of their self-titled 6 track EP has catapulted them into major progress. With local radio stations such as Chicago's Extreme Metal Radio WLUW 88.7 FM helping with airplay support, these guys are wasting no time in spreading their music to metalheads arcoss the county. Members include: Paul K. (Rhythm Guitar/Lead Vocals), Erich F. (Drums), Adam E. (Bass/Vocals), & Luke R. (Lead Guitar/Vocals). As of now they are currently working on promoting their 6 track release and booking shows across the midwest.

OMFG I LOVE THIS CD. This band has been to my town 5 times for a Metal Wars Contest and they fukkin rock! I've heard all these songs LIVE before and you can't get better than these guys with all the old Metal bands goin' poser on us. GET THIS CD OR YOU"LL REGRET IT!

Kim - WLUW Sound of the Fury

these kids know how to rock!
Seriously, I go through a lot of shitty CDs. When these guys came into our studio, I thought they were just another semi-crappy up-and-coming Chicago band. Boy, did they show me. These guys are truly amazing. Their seamless blend of thrash and death metal combined with songwriting skills beyond their years make for an amazing debut CD. Only good things are ahead for this band. Take heed!

about viscosity
This band is the best fucken metal band ever, who ever gives this band less the 5 stars, your dont know your music, i have never heard anything like Viscosity,In Flames and Archenemy are good, but i have never heard such sick solos that luke plays or the shredding drums by Erich, nonetheless you cannot forget about Paul's awesome vocal skills and Adam's incredable bass skills either, you can never get this good.
