ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
This CD is the one of the results of our research "music and health". When somebody plays music in a specific way, it brings healthsome influence on a concrete system of inner organs of the human body. For example kalyuka harmonises bronchi and lungs, mandola - the heart etc. The tracks are ordered so that the harmonizing effect flows from head to feet.

VLADISWAR NADISHANA lives in eco village "Tiberkul" deep in the Siberian taiga in Russia. "Tiberkul" lies in the South of region Krassnoyarsk near the Sayan mountains. This is the biggest spiritual-Christian community over the world, over 4000 people are living there.

Vladiswar Nadishana is a founder member of a spiritual movement - "Shamans Of the Last Testament" (SLT) in the eco village. This is an alternative movement to the basic Christian movement of the "Tiberkul"-community (Church Of the Last Testament). Nevertheless difference in a view of the world SLT-members take active part in spiritual and cultural life of the community.

The aim of the Shamans of the Last Testament is to develop a creative aspect of a person and art of inventing their own way and reality. The Shamans of Last Testament lead a healthy life-style. It means development of the physical and energy body, natural therapies, special vegetarian diet, breaking off all kinds of drugs including mass communication, negative emotions and dogmatic conceptions.
They use some different practices for self-development: the shamans' passes, some methods of emotion control, energy dance, laughing yoga, theatre of psychosomatic drama, meditative symbol drawing, creating the graphs of psychic functions (see cover pictures of this CD) and their contemplation, psychic-energetic practices with a sound.

The Shamans of Last Testament keep up the magic line of ancient Kuzhebar. They study this tradition and develop it forth. 2003 they exposed founded artefacts and have showed some reconstructed rites of ancient Kuzhebar.

Than he has mastered other instruments like fretless bass guitar, sitar, mandola, chanzy, jew's harp, ethnopercussion (darabuka, djembe, kalangu, udu, frame drums, tabla); winds (bansuri, kena, kalyuka, zhaleyka, gayda, overtoneflutes).

Besides he has created some experimental musical instruments: dzuddahord, pruzhingum, plastrimbaphon, rablorrum, ghost catcher, pin-sansa, spring-pivot gamelan, banbang (preparated beer- and coffee-tins) etc. 1991 he founded his first group "Soulbuilding Society" together with Lavrenty Mganga, than he played in "Ensemble Ri" with Lavrenty and Youl' (1996).

He also founded two other projects with Youl': Phonic Duet" (1994) and "The Fourth Race" (2001). 2000 was a foundation year of the trio "Russian-Tuvinian Karma Knot" with the throat singer from Tuva. Nowadays Vladiswar plays in group "Capercailies at the Treshold of Eternity". All these groups take experimental bearings of the basis of world music tradition synthesis (ethno jazz, trance-ethno fusion, new world music etc.)

Since 2000 Vladiswar lives in the biggest eco village "Tibercul". He established "The Department of Sound Microsurgery" (DSM) there. DSM is the researching creative laboratory, which plies a large scale of problems up getting acquirement in playing old musical instruments and using modern electronics to influence on a human energetical structure by means of the sound. The Department researches also how musical instruments influence consciousness and inner organs of people (the project "Move Your Chakra!"). One of the latest projects is the creation of the original energy-dancing system and composing the music for it. V. Nadishana has some solo albums which are recorded with computer in his own studio by multi-track overlap method. Vladiswar possesses a big collection of musical instruments (more than 90) of the world. He is the winner of such international festivals like "Ustuu-Huree", "The Sayan Ring" and "New Songs of the Old Land", and he is also the institutor of the ethno festival "Free of Karma Zone".

The particularities of their construction and usage.
/ The art of musical performance. Intensive mastering an instrument.
/ Modern technologies of work with the sound. Digital multi channel recording and processing.
Non-traditional methods of editing. Working with the microstructure of the sound. Sampler surgery.
/ Experimental synthesis of different musical traditions of the world. The mixture of archaic and modern.
// Music and health, the ecology of the sound. The safety precautions in the modern sound-informative environment.
Music, created in DSM, is a synthesis of all results obtained due to experiments in all these directions. We would like to find interested and interesting people for constructive collaboration in these questions.
Thus, DSM is not only a studio of multi track recording, it's also a creative laboratory that works in the following directions:
/ Sound sorcery. The sound and its power. Energetically construction of the sound.
// The art of organizing of the sound in different musical cultures of the world.
/ The study of ancient ethnic musical traditions.
/ Sound bodies and their diversity. Traditional and ethnic musical instruments.

]] The most important constituent of music is its mystical aspect. In the base of the sound, that our ear can detect, lies certain inaudible energetic material. This material just produces the impact described above.
]] Music is not an entertainment, it's a deeply influencing sorcery, without dependence, that we think in this occasion. It can be used both with constructive and, unfortunately, with destructive purposes. Be accurate ...
]] To create constructive, in all senses of this word, music, is best to studying all above-stated aspects of this art (if it's possible at all).
] Music - is the magnificent world of the mysterious and incomprehensible, that has its own inner order and certain law, which doesn't depend on any of us. Very specific forms of space and time reign there, together with particular objects and processes leading to different directions of development and structural formation.

MOVE YOUR CHAKRA
It’s obvious from reading the notes on this album that much thought and theory revolves around the creation of these tracks.

Be that as it may, once these described sounds leave your speakers or headphones and begin to revolve around inside your head, words are merely shadows of the indescribable energy that shines into your soul.

Vladiswar Nadishana’s instruments resonate with vibrations that are richer and much more embracing than the synthesized din so prevalent in today’s sonic environment, thickening the air around all our ears.

MOVE YOUR CHAKRA will move you into fresh new air. I encourage you to breathe it in.
