Album Notes
Another great CD release from Madkar Records! It contains 8 hard rock instrumentals, plus a special bonus track, a hard rock version of the Christmas classic - God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen. This CD contains everything you've come to expect from Warren Appleby - killer guitar work and NWOBHM style riffs and melodies.

If you love the great bands of the 70's and 80's like Deep Purple, U.F.O., Thin Lizzy, Rush, and Queen - then you must own a Warren Appleby CD - Get some "Soul Crushing Discipline" in your life!!!

Metal Core Fanzine (2/17/07 issue)

The music reminds me Metallica in spots with some UFO mixed in.
The music reminds me of early Metallica in spots with some UFO (who rule by the way) mixed in. The songs are crunchy and metal in nature and are quite a pleasure listening too. The music is catchy and Warren can write some fantastic riffs and stuff. I have not heard the other solo stuff, but this rocks.

Heavily influenced by the 80's hard rock sound.
This new nine track CD is a mix of hard rock riffs and solos, and maintains a good tempo throughout. It is heavily influenced by the 80's hard rock sound. The track Deadeye Reckoning, seems to reveal more of what goes on in Warren Appleby’s mind as the riffs and other effects seem to alternate randomly throughout.
