Album Notes
Where Wheat Grew Tall is simply a song about growing up in one the most peaceful, safe, communal, exciting and supportive environment a kid could hope for. The lyrics speak for themselves.

My love for singing goes back to my early childhood. I would spend countless hours laying in front of my parents old cabinet turntable, singing along to my favourite artists. Some of these artist were people like Elton John, Bob Seger, Rod Stewart, The Eagles and countless others.

I really only began singing in public at the age of 23. Writing songs came quite naturally to me. I write on an acoustic guitar and thus much of my songs have a clean folk and country feel to them. Sometimes they swing over to the blues end of the spectrum and sometimes even to the pop/rock end of the world.

Most of my songs are based on experiences I have had. The good the bad and the ugly. My lyrics often have a bit of humorous tongue and cheek element to them.

Getting up on stage always makes me nervous but I love it more than anything.

I hope you enjoy my songs!
