Album Notes
Michael Wedgwood has worked on stage and/or in the studio with Kiki Dee, Elton John, John Entwistle, Gordon Haskell, Curved Air, Caravan and a host of other artists in England and the U.S.A.

Michael\'s music comes from of a very wide spectrum of influences. While he was with Curved Air and Caravan, it was progressive music. With Kiki Dee\'s band, on tour with Elton John on his Yellow Brick Road tour and in the studio, there was a distinctly different style. While living in the US from 1976 to 1992 Michael began to be more interested in blues and jazz. Recently, other influences have included his friend Gordon Haskell\'s songs, a few of which Michael helped to produce.

He now lives in Denmark and is concentrating on The Wedgwood Band, and on his production work in his own Wedgwood Studio. The band were on tour in Italy in early 2008, and in the summer they played at the well-renowned Skanderborg Festival and got a fantastic response.

The three other members of The Wedgwood Band - Eddi Jarl, Henrik Skriver and Josef Baumgartner - are top Danish musicians whose names are well known from their work with other artists in Denmark, such as Poul Krebs, JD Harring, Henning Stærk, Pop Filter, Metz and Live Bleeding Fingers.

Michael writes: It\'s a so great to be in a band with so much energy and musicality. I do hope all my friends and acquaintances from throughout the years, and the people who have supported the various bands I\'ve been involved with, will enjoy our music now and in the years to come. The Wedgwood Band has only just begun.....

Journey Through Love
I was recommended this album and what a recommendation. All of the songs are enjoyable and the album shows how Michael has a great vocal range. Not sure if it should be classified as "Soft Rock" but most certainly "Blues Rock" well worth the investment
