ABOUT THIS ALBUM

Album Notes
Inception is the debut solo album from the amazing UK guitarist Wez Woodward;
melodic rock at it's very best! Formerly of rock band Retrofin, Wez studied at the Musicians Institute in Los Angeles and has played a countless number of gigs either side of the Atlantic.
He released the album "The Human Condition" with his band Retrofin in 2008.
Inception is Wez's first solo album.

A long awaited solo effort
Written, played and produced all by Wez - difficult to review when you know how skillful the guy is and that he has the purest of musical talent. My expectations would always be high as I know firsthand what this guy is capable of on stage and in a studio. Not a shred of disappointment. In fact, it's exciting to hear what he's done outside a band, with no one to influence what he wants to create. Every track is huge, impressive in sound, writing and riffs. Big arrangements and hopefully not the only solo offering from Wez!!!!
