To practice Yoga Nidra, rest on your back in a reclined position (savasana or corpse pose) in a quiet room, with your eyes closed.
In this Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra guided experience, Gurudev Yogi Amrit Desai directs your attention through the seven major energy centers (chakras) of the body, one by one. He infuses healing and balancing affirmations directly related to each center, inviting your chakra system to activate and realign, bringing you into a deep state of integration, peace and tranquility.
